What happens before the line appears?
A line that appears with expression and a line that remains at rest are not necessarily the same concern.
The line is one finding.
A visible line at rest may involve the skin itself. Its presence does not, on its own, determine the treatment.
Structure → movement → a considered dose
The point is not to treat every movement.
The decision considers which movement is contributing, where treatment is appropriate and how much movement should remain. Some visible lines are predominantly a skin concern, rather than a muscle concern.

How many units will I need?
That is determined from anatomy and movement. Treatment is priced at $10 per unit.
Why might a line need a different treatment?
Some visible lines are predominantly related to the skin rather than muscle movement. The recommendation may therefore be different.
What about hollowing or structural change?
Tissue quality, support and facial structure require a different assessment from movement-based lines. Not every injectable treatment is intended to create immediate volume.
